This is the closest thing to a perfect mix of modern and classic design in our latest project - the picturesque 1920 Maston & Pelt Colonial in South Pasadena that we recently finished. It was of the utmost importance to deliver a design with obvious nods to a traditional look, but with a strong influence of what we call West Coast modern.
