A very environmentally-conscious young couple purchased this LEED certified townhouse in Santa Monica and asked us to help with the design of the entire home. Completed in 2012 and designed by renowned architect William Hefner, this townhouse has all the qualities we love - indoor/outdoor living, an open floor plan, and beautiful architectural details, like this staircase.
